Things have calmed down a lot with the pandemic, but it is not completely over yet. Please read the list of Guidelines thoroughly, and be sure that you understand what will need to be done, what will and will not be accepted during this upcoming dance season. Make sure that you agree to all rules before registering your child. It is important that everyone follow all guidelines if we want to keep the studio safe for our dancers! Your child’s wellbeing is first, and foremost, the most important thing. We need to practice strict guidelines to keep all of our dancers, and their families healthy. Please help us to keep our dance studio a safe and happy place!!
Rules and Guidelines for the 2022-2023 Dance Season
We are going to keep the no parents rule in effect for 2 reasons.
First- the children seem to focus so much better without having moms around, and second, once we allow the parents to start gathering in the waiting room, we are afraid the numbers will get out of control. We want all parents to drop and go, however, if you choose to wait for your child in the lot, please park on the far side of the lot or on the street while you wait (helpers will be waiting at the door for the younger dancers and will be taken to their class). If you ever need to enter the building, you may. You may walk your child in if you feel it necessary, you may pay at the desk, ask questions, etc. Parents of new dancers ages 2- 6 may enter the building for the first few classes and then will be asked to follow the drop off rule. Thank you for understanding. We are asking that all dancers still remain outside until it is time for their class, so please be patient when waiting in line. Thank you
Masks are not required at this time. We will follow the Township guidelines moving forward in the year.
If your child is sick, at all, keep them home.
Payments should be sent in with your child. There is a mailbox for them to drop their envelopes and checks. If you are paying with cash, make sure that your child’s name is on the front of the envelope. Newsletters will be given to all parents/children at the out door each month. Thank you for your cooperation.
No use of cell phones will be permitted. Cell phones carry too many germs. If a child requires a cell phone for contacting parents, they need to keep the phone in their bag and ask permission to use it. If any cell phones are used without permission, they will be taken, and returned when the dancer leaves.
We will be selling water, snacks and food. Dancers are still allowed to bring their own water bottles. NO outside drinks are permitted. No cups from Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Wawa, etc. are allowed. If you feel that it is necessary that your child has a special drink then it has to be put into their personal water bottle. Thank you for understanding.
